I have been working as an Energy Healer for 9 years and hosted 'Journey to the Heart' drum sound baths in Devon for 5 years.
I received a calling to birth a shamanic drum in Glastonbury, which guided me on a new path in life and a continued journey of self-discovery, healing and personal growth.
I flow from my heart in all I do and look forward to welcoming you to my debut collaborative Retreat with the lovely Mandie!

I am a fibre artist. I have worked with fabric, yarn and thread for most of my life, around 50 years.
Making fabric dolls for many years and the last 6 years I have been journeying with creating needle felted Spirit Dolls.
My Spirit Dolls came to me when I was going through a particularly painful and stressful time in life. They helped me to focus my energy into something more magical, for me to tune in and listen for her guidance and let her show herself to me, how she wanted to look, the colours she wanted to wear. That in itself was extremely healing for me.
The Spirit Dolls have grown and are becoming more detailed in their symbology, ever evolving and showing me their magic.
It is always a joy to work with others to create a doll for them on their personal journey.
​Creating your Spirit Doll
Rather than designing from the mind alone, you will be invited to listen deeply and allow the spirit of the doll to reveal how they wish to emerge. Each doll becomes a unique reflection of its creator, carrying intentions, dreams, prayers, and personal magic.
Mandie will guide you through the ancient art of needle felting as you create your own Spirit Doll, who will be as unique as you. Open to the spirit of the doll and let them guide you into how they wish to manifest themselves into being.
Working with natural wool, dried herbs, flowers, crystals, and other sacred materials, you will bring a spirit companion into being. You are invited to bring a small meaningful treasure to place within your Spirit Doll's medicine bundle or weave into their decoration.
Guided by the steady ancient heartbeat of Jenny's shamanic drum, you will follow it's pulse, gathering your materials, weaving the first threads of your Spirit Doll's story.
Spirit Dolls have long been cherised as companions and confidants. They hear our dreams and prayers, witness our journeys and remind us of the wisdom that resides within.

No experience is needed, only an open heart and willingness to follow where the journey leads.

​Cacao Ceremony & Drum Sound Journey

As part of your retreat experience, we will gather in sacred circle, to share ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and creating space for connection, creativity, intention and healing.

The rhythmic heartbeat of the drum will guide you into deep relaxation, inner exploration and soul remembrance. This immersive experience offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, receive guidance and reconnect with your authentic self.
