Tamaya will protect client's personal information and use it properly in compliance with Data Privacy Laws.  Your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your permission.

 

Google Analytics will be connected to the tamaya.co.uk web site during 2018, and this Privacy Policy will be updated at that time.  Google Analytics is used to produce statistics, for me to monitor how many people visit the site, pages accessed and length of time spent on the site.

When you attend a consultation with Tamaya, you will be asked to complete a consultation form prior to the session.  You will have the opportunity to discuss your preferred method of contact from me.   Consultation forms are important, and a useful tool for myself and the client to monitor progress if you attend for regular sessions.

tamaya.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Tamaya Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.  Expired vouchers cannot be used and non-refundable.  If you wish to cancel and re-arrange your scheduled appointment, our Cancellation Policy applies.

PROMOTIONS

No other discount offer can be used during a Special Promotion event.

 

BOOKING POLICY - PRIVATE EVENTS

30% deposit is required at the time of booking, balance one week prior to event and cancellations fee as per Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

If you wish to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, as much notice as possible is appreciated, but it is acknowledged there are times when last minute cancellations are unavoidable.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy, after which time 50% payment would be required.  Within 24 hours cancellation full payment would be required.

If cancelling within 48 hours or more, deposits can be transferred to book a future appointment for yourself or another.

Deposits for appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
