My Signature Massage 'Slow and Flow' is more than a massage. It is a bespoke immersive and sensory experience involving breath, sound, touch and movement, at times transitioning from the couch if that is where you feel you need to be. We flow with 'what is' and where your body is taking you, leaving behind rigid timing structures and routines of more conventional massage approaches.
