You’ll learn how perception, comparison, and self-talk influence self-worth, and how awareness can shift those patterns toward kindness and acceptance. We’ll share how UNTAMED PHOTOGRAPHY uses mindful and empowering portrait experiences to help people see themselves differently — not just through the lens of a camera, but through the lens of compassion and confidence. You will transition to a comfortable couch for an immersive sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and nurturing touch, led by the grounding, gentle and deep resonance of the drum, the most ancient rhythm of all. This beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow invites your nervous system to slow down, your thoughts to settle and your awareness to expand, reconnecting you to your natural sense of presence, peace and inner strength.
