Event Description

This Premium event is offered for a maximum of only 6 people, offering a personal experience difficult to find at larger events. Massage couches, eye pillows and leg bolsters are provided for your comfort and relaxation. The venue is a lovely private second floor carpeted room in Gandy Street, Exeter, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station. There is no lift, a consideration for anyone with mobility issues - sorry! For part of the session I drum around each participant, so everyone benefits from the close vibration and later in the session I move into hands on bodywork/energy healing for those who wish to receive. My preference for drumming and not introducing multiple sound instruments is because for me personally, I feel drumming offers continuity of flow for participants, supportive for deep relaxation to calm the body and mind. I mindfully running small groups to offer a supportive, quality and nurturing experience. What to bring: Blanket/sheet/towel to lie on and one to cover if required (it can get chilly lying down for an hour without moving!)
