No yoga mat or pillow required for this 'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' soundbath in the heart of Exeter City Centre, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station. Special Introductory price of £20 for August 2025. Comfortable couches, pillow, eye pillows and bolsters are provided for your comfort. This is particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking in. 'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' events, are set to a maximum of only 6 people, allowing longer one to one for each attendee, for an even deeper personal experience than 'on the floor or chair'. I offer an immersive and sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and touch for relaxation and nurture, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow.
