Relaxing Drum Soundbath Taster Session

Event Description

An immersive and sensory experience for relaxation and nurture, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow. For this taster session, there will be an introductory talk following by the drum sound bath with participants lying on the floor. There is limited seating available. Unlike my regular event 'Journey to the Heart', this taster session will not include hands on healing, and price is lowered from £15 to £7.50 per person. Please note there are several flights of stairs to the venue room, unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
