Monday Morning Relaxation.  Second Monday of the month. You are invited to a morning of connection, conversation, relaxation and a cuppa! An immersive, sensory experience led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow. If you have never heard of a drum sound bath and want to experience it, you are most welcome, knowing you are in a safe, supportive and nurturing space. What to bring - It’s all about comfort! Some people may like to remove shoes and wear warm fluffy socks or slippers. Some people like to wear an eye mask. Unlike 'Journey to the Heart' soundbath, Monday Morning Relaxation is a seated event, with social interaction and focuses on drum sound healing with Reiki to close the session.
